A native to Boston, Christopher Browning disappeared off to New York as soon as his son was born. Bruce Daniels returned over twenty years later when ongoing turf wars were destroying the Gargoyles' presence there. Since he has come back on the scene he has been methodically destroying not only his ex-partner and son but trying to bring Andrea Costigan down in the process, not caring who he hurts in on his way to the top.

Described as a pathetic excuse for a son by his father, Frazzle has always been considered weak. Inheriting his job from his Uncle after his untimely death, he continues to work on both sides of the law as required. For the moment, he spends his time trying to protect his mother from his father while being unable to fully stop the pain Bruce Daniels is causing.
Originally from Dorchester in Boston, Massachusetts, George Browning ran away to New York to his brother, Christopher, intending on making his fortune. With Christopher already established in The Gargoyles, George ended up joining, where he initially earned the nickname 'Frazzle' due to what happened the first time he tried to hot-wire a car. It wasn't long before Frazzle, however, turned into the best electrician within the gang and he ended up going back to his home town when Mickey Tannenbaum decided to move the Gargoyles into Boston. During that time, George became very close to his nephew, James Browning, and taught him virtually everything he knew. He was eventually shot in the head by James Mann during the ex-Leader's siege of Deveraux College.
The long tortured ex-girlfriend of Bruce Daniels, she raised her son alone after he left just as he was born. She thought she was finally rid of him until he returned 23 years later and turned her life into a misery again. She was relieved when she heard the news that her ex-boyfriend had been arrested and overjoyed when it looked like he would be going away for a long time.
