Darcey Nicole Lethbridge

Darcey has blonde hair that stops midway down her back. She has brown eyes and 'the perfect smile', though she is convinced her nose is crooked. As one might expect, this wasn't a natural occurrence - Darcey had "a little surgery done". Though this has grown into something of an obsession (and waste of money), it certainly earns her a few admirers. She stands at 5'6", however she tends to wear stilettos (her attempt at exuding class failed, naturally, but it didn't stop her trying), which adds to her height. Petite is probably the best word to describe her, with her surgically enhanced body she has 'the perfect body'. To sum her up, Darcey is aiming for perfection, something she hopes she has achieved.

Though her looks immediately give off an impression of being incredibly arrogant and vain (which she is), this is not to be confused with stupidity. She really took to politics, finding she could make people listen to her opinion and brag about it all day. She is very one-dimensional, self-centred and only out for herself. Darcey is an emotional brick wall, she blocks people out and doesn't give a damn about others' opinions, though she does secretly cry when people pass negative comments on her appearance. The fact that she is a teacher and rarely listens would suggest she is terrible, but she is very inspirational, managing to hold everybody's interest (notably the boys - who'd have thought it?) and get them through exams.

Born in Pasadena, California, Darcey was raised to be the best by Bradley and Nicole Lethbridge. She is named after the fact she was born on the day of a city-wide blackout, taking her mother's forename as her middle name. She was raised in a happy suburb, not experiencing most of life's qualms at any point in her life so far. She began paying for surgery to improve her looks when she was sixteen, in fact as a birthday present. She always hated the way she looked when she grew up, hating her discoloured teeth and ash blonde hair, her lack of distinct womanly curves and puppy fat. Darcey started to run out of money to pay for these treatments, and got into politics. The ideal poster girl already, being young. She struck a deal with a local political party that if they paid for the rest of her treatment, she would become a representative for them. The tactic worked, and she helped the fledgling party break out and win the Californian governors office. Despite not being the leader herself, Darcey was soon swayed to leave and join a political party on a national scale. Finding herself drowned out by the other women fighting for their place, Darcey applied for the newly vacated job at Deveraux and was hired almost immediately.
