Peter Hannibal

Peter is 6'5'', with short dark brown hair he wears spiked up, and dark brown eyes. His smile is infectious, and is hard to look at without smiling yourself. His skin is tanned from a lot of time spent out in the sun. He has always played a lot of sports, so his lean body is quite muscled. Rather handsome, although a lot of it comes from his expressions and smile, not anything special about his looks themselves. He also has scars all over his left leg, which are visible whenever he wears shorts.

Peter is very kind, funny, and hardly ever serious. He spends a lot of time joking around with his students, and other teachers have often asked how he gets so much taught, since he's the best International Insight teacher Spy High has ever had. He makes his students care about the subject he teaches, and as a result, they learn a lot. Peter is fairly laid back in the classroom, permitting more talking than most teachers, and usually not breaking up fights or arguments. He often gives out food to his students, as he always eats in his classroom and has drawers in his filing cabinet full of snacks. One of his favorite ways of getting the attention of a student slacking off is to throw food at their head. He is also notorious for his temper, and will yell curses at students who have angered him.

Peter is the youngest child in his family, with two older brothers and a twin sister older by a couple minutes. His father was in the Army, but retired a couple years after Peter and his sister were born. He lived in a small town in Pennsylvania, and excelled in all his classes except Math. He read whenever he wasn't playing sports or hunting or fishing with his siblings. Additionally, aside from excelling in his Spanish classes, Peter began to teach himself Mandarin Chinese. Spy High selected him because of his high intelligence, skill with languages, and drive. After his graduation (during which time he continued to learn foreign languages), he was stationed in Region Emerald for three years, after which he had to spend several months in physical therapy because his left leg was shattered by a bomb during a mission to stop a fanatical communist group from reinstating communism in China. After his leg was healed, he spent a couple years travelling the world, then came back to Spy High to teach.
