He's about 5'10", quite tall but not especially. Will has cropped brown hair that he likes to spike up. He is good-looking but a tad on the skinny side. He hopes to bulk up at Deveraux and isn't afraid to spend the time in the gym to do so. His skin is annoyingly pale, and a stark contrast to his fierce green eyes. He's got a killer smile. All in all, he's a good-looking guy - he tends to focus on the negatives, though.

Will is someone you could confide in. He's confident, but doesn't come off as cocky. He can be your best friend or your worst enemy. Caring and conniving, it's hard to know which Will you're getting; he could just be blowing smoke up your ass. He has a very sarcastic sense of humor. Along with his two-facedness, something they actually looked for in an agent, Deveraux saw a deep sense of patriotism in Will, largely accredited to his Southern upbringing. He hopes they don't think for a second that that'll make him a mindless drone; he has his own opinions and you'll be sure to hear them.

Born in Memphis, Tennessee, he was raised by Southern parents. They were better off than the Domers that lived just to the south, but Will was still often at odds with his world. He was too smart for his own good back in Memphis - their education system mirroring the under funded one of the Domes - often getting himself into trouble in school. Will was torn about leaving his long-term girlfriend, Alice, although she encouraged him to go to Deveraux. He does not expect people to dislike him as he was used to being well liked by people who he wanted to like him. He saved a child after a natural disaster to get on Spy High's radar. He received some "Be-A-Hero" award for it but didn't even bother going. Deveraux attributed this to him being humble; ask him about it and he'll maintain that he just didn't want to get dressed up.
